South African DJ, producer, and artist Black Coffee make history as he becomes the first African DJ to win a Grammy Award.

In the just-concluded 64th edition held in Las Vegas, The South African DJ won in the best dance/electronic album category. With his recent award, the singer is now recognized as the first African DJ to win a Grammy Award.

Speaking after the premiere ceremony;

 “I want to thank God for the gift of music and being able to share it with the world and heal some souls.”
