Can we wish for a better music week than the one we had last week?

With Runtown and Patoranking deciding to bless us with albums on the same day, Skibii, Zlatan, Harmonize, DJ Tunez, Ycee, Kwesta and others releasing hot bangers, last week was nothing less than exciting.

We decided to make this week’s list a top 10 rather than our regular top 5 list. As a result we have gathered the top 10 songs released in the week ending May 25, 2019.

ANBT head-honcho, Ycee dropped his single which he titled Gold.

In the single he featured Beatsbykarma who also produced the song. The song tells us to appreciate and value oneself.

South African rapper, Kwesta dropped his debut single for the year dubbed Khethile Khethile.

This is his first single for the year, after tying the knot with his long time girlfriend Yolanda Mvelase.

However, he featured producer and songwriter, Makwa, Tshego AMG and Thee Legacy.

7. Zlatan – This Year

Alleluyah Boiz Entertainment frontier, Zlatan released yet another single which he titled This Year.

Zlatan is one of the most featured act currently in the industry and he is not done yet as he releases back to back hit.

On this tune, he said he will continue to make money ‘This Year’ while others are sleeping.

In addition, the song was produced by Rexxie and mixed and mastered by Spyritmyx.

Soundgod Music boss, Runtown  dropped a single titled Emotions few days to the release of his Ep.

As the title suggests, “Emotions” is a lovely-dovey tune that finds the singer in his feelings over a love interest.

On the infectious Spellz-produced instrumental, Runtown was unabashedly vulnerable as he repeatedly pledge to give it his all to the girl that has caught his heart.

The single was mixed and mastered by renowned sound engineer, SWAPS.
