Nigerian Afrobeat stars, Burna Boy, Tems, and others, have made the nomination list for the 2023 BET Awards.
The nominees for the 2023 BET awards have been announced and Nigerian megastar, Burna Boy has earned multiple nominations, while stars like Ayra Starr, Asake, and Tems also earned nominations.
Burna Boy was nominated for Male Artist R&B/Pop Artist, Video Director of the Year, and Best International Act.
Meanwhile, Tems was nominated for the Best Female Artist, and for Best collaboration for her part in Future’s, ‘Wait For U’.
In addition, Ayra Starr and Asake, also earned their first nominations for Best International Act and Best New International Acts respectively.
